We are thrilled you shopped with us and want you to receive your orders quickly & smoothly, thus we aim to despatch your goods within 2-3 working days.

Unless otherwise specified, we use standard 'Australia Post Next Day Delivery' (2-3 days) for Australia only deliveries and 'Australia Post Registered Airmail' for all international orders. Delays are rare, but sometimes do occur, and if this happens to your particular order we will be sure to let you know as soon as possible.

In all cases, once your parcel has left our hands you will receive an email confirming it is on its way to you.

Your 'Australian Post' delivery charges are calculated automatically at the time of your purchase, and will appear as part of your total bill (in Australian dollars/AU$).

We currently provide FREE SHIPPING on all orders over A$100 for online orders only, within Australia.

We charge a flat postage rate for orders from New Zealand (A$20.00) and the rest of the world (A$25.00).  All overseas orders will be sent by Australia Post Registered Post.

All items are packaged in a Cristiana branded velvet jewellery pouch.
